Giveaway
The VidaCann 710 (“Giveaway”) begins on July 10, 2024 at 9:00 AM (EST) and ends on July 10, 2024 at 8:00 PM (EST) (“Giveaway Period”) on Instagram social platforms.
The Sponsor of this Giveaway is @VidaCannFlorida (“Sponsor”) on its own behalf. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Giveaway Period.
Eligibility
Open to legal consumers, eighteen (18) years of age or older, who are residents of FL (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and Giveaway agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (Giveaway Entities) are ineligible to enter to win a Prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
Prizes and Odds of Winning
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or around July 10, 2024 after the close of the Sweepstakes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Grand Prize is a Puffco Proxy Desert Edition. The total approximate value of the Grand Prize is $269.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entrants. Purchases will not increase the odds of winning. Entrants need not be present at drawings to win.
How to Enter
Beginning on July 10, 2024 at 9:00AM EST and ending on July 10, 2024 at 8:00 PM (EST), in order to be eligible to win the Giveaway as described herein, an Entrant must

Winner Selection
The Winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will begin at 9:00PM (EST) on July 10, 2024 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received
Winner Notification
Each winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone and will be required to verify his or her eligibility within 10 days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address or telephone number on his or her entry form or does not verify his or her eligibility within such 10-day period, the prize will be considered returned as unclaimed or undeliverable and may be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing. No prize substitutions are allowed, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute all prizes, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or lesser value. All prizes are non-refundable. In addition, the Grand Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability at time of booking. All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration. Winners are solely responsible for any local, state or federal taxes and any other fees or costs connected with any prize.
Privacy
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posed at https://www.vidacann.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your Instagram Account Name for the purposes of administering Prize fulfillment including a publicly available Winner List. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to use other personally identifiable information, such as name and address, for the purpose of administration and Prize fulfillment.
Limitation on Liability
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and Prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining Prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway.

Prize Delivery
After Winner(s) notification and acceptance, the Winner(s) will be asked to provide a current mailing address via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The Winner’s name and address will be used for the sole purpose of administration and Prize fulfillment. Prizes will be mailed within 7-14 business days following Winner Announcement during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor will pay the actual shipping or handling fees, as such there is no requirement on the Winner to pay shipping or handling
