We’re currently looking for a full time Solventless Technician to join our growing team here in Jacksonville. The goal of a Solventless Technician is to receive materials, pre‐processing, securely storing materials, operating, maintaining and cleaning extractors, and performing extractions.

responsibilities

Solventless Technician responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Operating and maintaining solventless extraction equipment and solventless refinement equipment that extracts and refines oil from a variety of cannabis plant material.
  • Record all data within each step of the extraction process and input the data on extraction spreadsheet, BioTrack and/or other regulatory databases.
  • Execute day‐to‐day operations at the Solventless Facility as they pertain to workflow, extraction, production quotas and deadlines.
  • Operating extraction equipment; processing concentrates and extracts –
  • Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current
  • Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed

qualifications

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this Job, specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Ability to work in walk-in fridge for an 8hr shift. Must be able to spend a prolonged period in cold temperatures (40-65℉). Maintain an up-tempo physical workplace. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, squat for extended periods as well as push and pull up to 50lbs.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
  • Must complete and pass a drug test

  • Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
